Sapper Technologies was founded on a simple belief: federal agencies deserve technology partners who take their missions as seriously as they do.
Based in Frederick, Maryland — in the heart of the mid-Atlantic federal technology corridor — Sapper Technologies brings together military discipline and deep software engineering expertise to support some of the most important work in government.
Our founder is a Veteran with hands-on experience in technology and engineering. Starting Sapper Technologies was a natural extension of a career defined by problem-solving under pressure, precise execution, and commitment to something larger than a single organization.
Our Approach
We operate lean — and that’s intentional. As a small business, we don’t have layers of management, account managers, or overhead that inflates cost and slows delivery. What we have is focus.
